About The Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the Business Operations team as a Systems Administrator for our ATS system, Greenhouse, and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software portfolio. This individual will be responsible for keeping up with COTS software deployments in our corporate footprint by maintaining the software after initial setup. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring in-app settings, working with key user groups on their needs, and keeping up to date on the new features being released by each piece of software. Our Systems Administrator will act as the product lead for each of these pieces of software, overseeing the requirements for cross-over with our internal systems.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The starting salary is $75,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Manage and maintain key, assigned, third-party software, including our ATS system (Greenhouse) and HRIS platforms.
- Provide ongoing support to users with training, configuration changes, and updates as needed, specifically with Greenhouse.
- Maintain data integrity, user access control, and configurations to align with evolving business needs.
- Be the subject-matter expert for each tool, answering questions and solving problems as they arise, specifically with Greenhouse.
- Work across teams to identify needs within each tool, implementing those needs or creating development requirements when integration with our internal applications is needed.
- Stay in the know on updates to our COTS applications and determine if we can leverage any of the new features for a positive business impact.
- Deliver training documentation and change management to support user adoption and system utilization.
- Develop and refine procurement procedures and standards for the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships as the main N2 contact for vendors, as well as manage and track renewal life cycles and interact with internal and external stakeholders on contracts.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience and strong understanding of Greenhouse.
- A strong understanding of integrations, how data moves through systems, and data flow awareness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
- Proven communication skills for working with our leaders and vendor partners.
- Efficient workflow and methodology aptitude to support workflow implementation of the COTS applications.
- An understanding of our business processes to identify opportunities to leverage our current COTS applications in other areas of the business.
- An understanding of APIs and the potential for integration with our systems.
- Up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, HR, and infrastructure technologies.
