About The Role

The Sales Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations and play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the operational efficiency of The N2 Company. This role is designed to streamline sales processes, manage critical projects, train our team of franchisees, and drive operational improvements that support the growth of our products.

While the primary focus will be on the Real Producers and BeLocal products, responsibilities may expand or shift as business needs evolve.

This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. 

The Role in Action

  • Oversee and execute technical and administrative tasks that optimize sales operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Sales Operations and Communications teams, Region Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Support the Director of Sales Operations and Directors of Product Growth in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze sales trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track product performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present data stories, translating insights into actionable strategies for growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead engaging virtual training sessions via Zoom, ensuring clarity, motivation, and retention of key operational processes.
  • Provide clear, structured instruction to support ADs and PPADs in implementing new tools and features effectively.
  • Develop training materials, manage enrollment, and track participation.
  • Ensure team members not only learn new skills but also retain and apply them to their daily workflows.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the Sales Operations team and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication
  • Support the successful rollout of new sales initiatives by effectively communicating changes and improvements across teams.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve workflows.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing new tools, systems, and best practices that enhance sales productivity and product success.

 

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who’ll hit the ground running with:

  • A strong understanding of sales processes, data analytics, and operational workflows.
  • A proven ability to train, lead, and motivate teams in a virtual setting (Zoom), ensuring clarity and information retention.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • An ability to create data stories that translate insights into actionable strategies for growth.

Skills and Qualities That Set You Apart: 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, sales enablement tools, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools is a plus.
