Member Engagement Specialist

 In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Proactively engage with potential and existing clients: Conduct cold calls to Bridge Team clients, past clients, and those who did not renew their print services.
  • Develop and deliver compelling digital solutions: Create comprehensive digital marketing and advertising recommendations based on client needs and objectives.
  • Close sales deals and manage the sales process: Successfully convert prospects into clients by guiding them through the sales process. Ensure timely submission of contracts and payment information while maintaining clear communication with internal departments to streamline the handoff.
  • Coordinate Knowledge of Client (KOC) sessions: Schedule and lead KOC sessions with relevant stakeholders. Document key insights, client needs, and expectations, then submit detailed notes to the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to facilitate smooth transitions and ongoing account management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data: Consistently update the CRM with up-to-date client contact information, deal status, meeting notes, and next steps. Ensure that all interactions are logged, and follow-up actions are scheduled to enhance pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
