We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to help support two of our magazine brands. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, accountable, and driven marketer with a passion for omnichannel strategy. The ability to manage several projects at once is a must. You’ll develop and implement inbound and outbound marketing strategies to promote our services and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You’ll also work with sales and leadership to develop strategic plans for uncovering and achieving business goals for a core set of clients. Day-to-day interaction with other team members, such as our sales, product, and creative teams is expected.

This role involves managing cross-channel campaigns, overseeing content creation, ensuring brand consistency, and analyzing performance metrics. Ideal candidates combine strategic thinking with creativity and data-driven insights to engage target audiences, adapt to market changes, and ultimately, support the company’s growth objectives.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Craft and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives, define target audiences, and position the brand effectively.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, and track their performance against company goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, brand-consistent content for various platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, making data-driven improvements, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Organize and promote events, trade shows, and webinars to boost brand visibility and engage audiences.

To Land This Gig, You Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A solid background of three to five years in B2B or Recruitment Marketing.
  • Advanced creative and technical content authoring skills.
  • Intrinsic motivation with a thirst for learning and growth.
  • To enjoy learning about a variety of businesses and services.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and can work well in small teams or go solo if the need arises.

It’s Not Required, But We’d Love It If You Also Have:

  • Experience with Recruitment Marketing.
  • Prior work experience in Media, Publishing, Recruiting, and Franchise industries.
