The Role
The Dispatch Supervisor plays a key role in supporting and overseeing Nabis delivery operations in Nevada. This position is responsible for assisting and managing Delivery Drivers and Dispatch Associates as they navigate product drop-offs, payment pickups, and customer communications.
The Dispatch Supervisor ensures that all orders, manifests, and driver schedules are accurate and compliant, while maintaining strong communication between retail partners, brand partners, and internal teams. This role reports directly to the Dispatch Manager and requires on-site presence at the Nevada hub.
This role is on-site, Monday – Friday, with a shift start time of 6:00 am.
Responsibilities
- Pick up payments from vendors, track payments, communicate with the General Manager to coordinate receivables.
- Perform periodic counts of the warehouse cash banks and monitor fuel expenses.
- Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and recommending purchases.
- Assist with routine and surprise audits of all delivery records and Metrc accounts.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee the compliance and maintenance of all vehicles in the fleet.
- personnel items such as badges or company apparel, facilitating agent card payments and tracking.security, or facilities issues are noted and addressed
- Maintain full CCB compliance of the warehouse and onsite employees.
- Serve as back-up driver or assist with dispatching as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of dispatch, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
- Cannabis and/or METRC experience a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Tech-savvy with experience using dispatch or fleet software.
