About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Business Associate with experience — or a strong interest — in SaaS (Software as a Service) Go-To-Market (GTM). In this role, you’ll work closely with our GTM, product, and leadership teams, contributing to key business operations such as market research, client communication, project management, and strategic planning.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll get hands-on exposure to growth initiatives, technology tools, and cross-functional projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset and a background in consulting, SaaS GTM, or startups to directly contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and categorize content types (written, video, audio, visual) aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define relevant, high-impact content themes.
- Create clear, engaging, and channel-appropriate content.
- Manage end-to-end publishing to ensure timely and optimized distribution.
- Design and execute rapid marketing experiments across content formats.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, testing, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable college
- 1–4 years of experience in Growth, Business Analysis, Consulting, Startups, or Marketing firms.
- Comfortable to work with AI tools for content creation, analysis, and experimentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a bias for fast execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage relationships
- Demonstrated excellence outside academics (sports, arts, publications, leadership roles) with at least one standout achievement is a plus.
