About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Associate with expertise & either a strong experience or a strong interest in SaaS (Software as a Service) Go-To-Market (GTM). The Business Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business operations, including market research, client communication, project management, and strategic planning. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a background in GTM SaaS or consulting to contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute GTM initiatives to support pipeline growth and business outcomes
  • Research and evaluate tools, and new ideas to improve efficiency and innovation
  • Run operational workflows using manual processes or low-code/no-code solutions
  • Experiment with workflows in AI tools 
  • Support GTM and product teams with exploratory and ad-hoc projects
  • Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and guide them towards booking sales calls.
  • Track and analyze key metrics across customer journey
  • Use data insights to continuously refine and improve marketing campaigns and website interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor email content to address these needs.
  • Coordinate with the product and support teams to include relevant updates and information in email campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech from Tier 1 colleges
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or fast paced start ups
  • Previous experience as an Analyst.
  • Knowledge of SQL is good to have
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex client relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and driving business growth.
