About the role

We're looking to hire a talented and committed Product Analyst to join Nansen's BI team, reporting directly to our Head of Business Intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to shape product analytics at a crypto analytics leader organized around small elite teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Build upon and scale our in-house product analytics solution, enabling self-serve analytics for teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as core productivity multipliers in your daily workflow - we expect 10x productivity gains through AI-first approaches
  • Interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for engineers
  • Manage and evolve our in-house customer data platform, ensuring accurate tracking implementation and maintaining data taxonomy
  • Analyse user behaviour and product metrics for our analytics, trading and staking products, translating insights into actionable product improvements
  • Enhance quantitative analyses with qualitative insights derived from user studies and feedback
  • Build and maintain data models and transformations using dbt

Your experience

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with focus on product, growth, or marketing analytics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience analysing trading products and understanding crypto trading user behavior
  • First-hand experience building tools or improving processes with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor etc.
  • Familiarity with the OKR Framework - supporting goal setting and measurement
  • Deep understanding of crypto markets, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data (highly preferred)
  • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
