The role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to lead client acquisition efforts across the U.S. enterprise landscape. Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Leader, this role will focus on developing strong relationships with clients in sectors such as hospitality, real estate, education, media, and government. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by connecting businesses with transformative immersive solutions tailored to their needs.
What you’ll do
Client Acquisition & Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue prospective enterprise clients through outbound outreach and inbound opportunities.
- Target key U.S. industries with high potential for immersive technology adoption.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven strategies.
Consultative Selling:
- Understand client needs and business challenges to craft compelling immersive and AI-based solution proposals.
- Lead demos and presentations that highlight platform capabilities, innovation, and industry relevance.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients exploring the potential of 3D, XR, and metaverse experiences.
Relationship Building:
- Develop trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
- Ensure smooth handoff from sales to implementation teams and maintain long-term client engagement.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration:
- Stay informed on U.S. market trends in immersive tech, AI, metaverse applications, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including product, marketing, and engineering—to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure solution alignment with client needs.
Sales Execution:
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive sales activity and strategic account development.
- Represent Napster at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
What you’ll bring
● 3–5+ years of B2B sales or enterprise business development experience, preferably in emerging tech
● Proven ability to close complex deals with mid-size and large organizations
● Passion for immersive technologies, AI, and innovation in digital experiences
● Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
● Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana)
● High level of initiative, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
We’ll be extra pumped if you have
● Experience in industries like real estate, hospitality, education, or media
● Exposure to XR, metaverse, or AI-driven platforms and products
● Background in startups or high-growth tech environments
Salary Range
$120,000 - $140,000 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
