Chief of Staff
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Chief of Staff to partner closely with our CEO and Narvar leadership team in driving key priorities across the business. As the right hand to leadership, you'll streamline cross-functional initiatives, lead high-impact projects, and help the executive team stay focused on strategic goals. This role offers a unique vantage point into the workings of a fast-paced organization and requires someone who has analytical and strong problem-solving skills, and excels at building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO to define, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives, organizational priorities, and operational improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by analyzing business challenges, identifying opportunities, and recommending actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track progress against company goals.
- Act as a liaison between Executive leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely communication and alignment across the organization.
- Plan and facilitate leadership team meetings, strategy sessions, and key business reviews.
- Own special projects from inception through execution, including strategic reviews.
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and briefings for internal and external audiences.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or program management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- High attention to detail with a passion for operational excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with data and analytics tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or growth-stage companies required.
- Management consulting and retail industry knowledge are strongly preferred.
