Customer Engineer

Customer Engineer (Multiple Positions), Narvar, Inc., San Mateo, CA Responsibilities: Complete technical implementation for well-established enterprise retailers and direct-to-consumer brands; Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure successful integration with and long-term success using Narvar’s products; Document implementation artifacts including business and data flow diagrams, mapping and business rule specifications, user acceptance test plans, etc.; Build and validate solutions via Narvar tooling and frontend technologies including APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Partner cross-functionally with internal and external technical and business stakeholders; and Write documentation, recommend process enhancements, and build internal tools that enable the team to more efficiently complete implementation for our customers. Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study and 3 years’ experience developing in web technologies including APIs, HTML, CSS and JavaScript; 2 years’ experience working in a customer-facing technical role for a SaaS organization; 1 year experience with data integration and iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Workato, etc.); and 1 year experience with one or more e-commerce platforms for order, inventory, warehouse, or transportation systems, supply chain, or logistics.
