Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition

Narvar is growing! We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting efforts. This role is a strategic, hands-on leadership position that requires deep expertise in SaaS environments, start ups, and a strong background in technical recruiting. This leader will be a key advisor to C-level stakeholders and will champion a data-driven, globally consistent approach to talent acquisition. This leader will report to the VP of People.

What You’ll Do:

  • Executive & Global Strategy Partnership: While reporting to the VP of People, they’ll serve as a trusted advisor to C-Level Stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CFO, CRO, etc.), advising on global workforce planning, talent market intelligence, and recruitment strategies that align with Narvar’s business objectives.
  • Global Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed team of recruiters, setting global standards for execution, performance, and compliance.
  • SaaS & Technical Recruiting Execution: Maintain a hands-on role by personally leading key searches, particularly for executive and critical technical (Engineering, Product) and GTM (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services) roles across all global regions.
  • Data & Reporting Ownership: Own the global recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting function. Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights on efficiency, time-to-hire, quality of hire, and diversity to the executive team.
  • Process, Infrastructure & Compliance: Design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable, efficient, and equitable recruiting processes and infrastructure globally, ensuring adherence to varying international hiring practices and compliance regulations.
  • Candidate Experience: Championing a consistent, positive, and best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years leading and managing a global or multi-regional recruiting team.
  • Mandatory experience in a high-growth SaaS company is required, with a strong understanding of its unique business models, culture, and talent needs.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in technical recruiting (Software Development, DevOps, Data Science, etc.), with the ability to lead and coach the technical recruiting strategy.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with C-level executives across different functions to align talent strategy with business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of global recruiting strategies.
  • Expert-level knowledge of international recruitment practices, including compliance and cultural nuances across multiple major regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, India, APAC).

Below is the estimated annual salary for this position and does not include the other components that make up a Narvar offer including: annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location. 

Narvar Pay Range

$165,000 - $185,000 CAD
