Sales & Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with media clients, handling inbound leads, overseeing a vibrant community, and supporting the execution of creator campaigns. This is a fast-paced position where you’ll contribute to the success of the team by bringing in new business and ensuring smooth project management from start to finish.
- Conduct outbound outreach for media clients, specifically targeting the Indian market, and build meaningful relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Review and qualify inbound leads, ensuring they are appropriately handed off to the relevant team leads for further action.
- Oversee and manage the inbox of 1000 media contacts, ensuring prompt responses, organization, and efficient follow-up on all communications.
- Take charge of our community on nas.io, providing guidance and support to ensure an active and engaged network.
- Manage the execution of creator campaigns, ensuring they align with project goals and deliverables.
- Assist the team as needed with day-to-day tasks and contribute to the smooth running of various projects, offering help whenever necessary.

- Proven experience in sales and project management, ideally within the media or digital industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable with technology platforms and tools to manage communications, leads, and community engagement.
- Ability to mentor and guide a team to achieve success and reach targets.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
