Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, social media-savvy Content Creator based in Mexico to drive our organic growth strategy across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging, viral content that resonates with Spanish-speaking audiences, while representing the Nas.io brand and community values.
Key responsibilities:

Content ideation & creation: Develop and execute 5-7 videos weekly across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on viral concepts and trends

On-camera presence: Present confidently and engagingly on camera as the face of Nas.io LATAM content

Creative strategy: Identify viral trends and adapt them to showcase Nas.io's value proposition and community

Community engagement: Collaborate with creators on Nas.io Español to produce engaging content and cross-promotions

Organic growth: Implement creative organic marketing efforts within LATAM to expand Nas.io's reach and community

Performance analysis: Track content performance metrics and adapt strategy based on audience engagement and growth
Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish (required); English proficiency (preferred)

Proven track record creating engaging social media content

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and what makes content go viral across platforms

Excellent on-camera presence and presentation skills

Creative thinking and ability to adapt quickly to changing trends

Self-motivated with ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

Video editing skills (preferred but not required)
