Role Overview
 
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and executing creator-led campaigns at scale. This role requires strong operational execution, content instinct, and the ability to handle high-volume creator outreach while maintaining quality and timelines.
You will manage the full lifecycle of creator campaigns—from sourcing and outreach to briefing, execution, and posting—while working closely with clients and internal teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and reach out to 100+ creators daily across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of creators for ongoing campaigns
  • Execute end-to-end creator campaigns:
    • creator sourcing and outreach
    • negotiation and onboarding
    • briefing and content alignment
    • follow-ups and deadline management
    • posting, tracking, and reporting
  • Manage ~50 creators per month simultaneously across multiple campaigns
  • Ensure content aligns with brand goals and performs well on short-form platforms
  • Communicate clearly with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain trackers, campaign sheets, and creator databases with accuracy
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly during campaign execution
  • Continuously optimize outreach and campaign processes for speed and scale
 
Qualifications
  • Based in Miami (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Creator partnerships
    • Influencer marketing
    • Growth / UGC campaigns
  • Proven experience managing creator campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience handling high-volume outreach and creator sourcing
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content trends
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills (client-facing and creator-facing)
  • Ability to work independently as a solo operator
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
