What this job involves:

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO) to help us attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the world.

  • Build and nurture an inclusive, vibrant, and high-performing culture that reflects our values and supports our business goals.

  • Lead recruitment and retention strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

  • Create programs to develop leaders at all levels, ensuring our team has the skills and support to grow with the company.

  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and well-being programs to create a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Manage HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance, while fostering an environment of transparency and fairness.

  • Drive DEI initiatives, ensuring that Nas Company is a place where everyone feels welcome and valued.

  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

  • Work closely with other department heads to ensure alignment of people strategies with overall company goals.

  • Proven experience as a People Officer or in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
  • Passion for building inclusive, innovative cultures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive change in a fast-paced, growing environment.
