As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO) to help us attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the world.

Build and nurture an inclusive, vibrant, and high-performing culture that reflects our values and supports our business goals.
Lead recruitment and retention strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
Create programs to develop leaders at all levels, ensuring our team has the skills and support to grow with the company.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and well-being programs to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Manage HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance, while fostering an environment of transparency and fairness.
Drive DEI initiatives, ensuring that Nas Company is a place where everyone feels welcome and valued.
Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
Work closely with other department heads to ensure alignment of people strategies with overall company goals.

Proven experience as a People Officer or in a senior HR leadership role.
Deep knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
Passion for building inclusive, innovative cultures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to drive change in a fast-paced, growing environment.
