Job Summary:

The Event Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, from conception to completion. This includes developing event concepts, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As part of our creative and dedicated team, you'll help organize Nas Summits across the United States, including the exciting Don't Die Summit led by Bryan Johnson. You'll play a key role in bringing these events to life!

What this job involves:
  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success

  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence

  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event needs are met.

  • Coordinate all logistical elements, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)

  • Oversee all on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

  • Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support.

  • Address any issues that arise during the event promptly and effectively.

  • 2-3 years of experience in event planning and project management

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Multi-tasker

  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
