Digital Campaign Manager- Temp
JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Campaign Manager will be focused on developing end-to-end integrated digital campaigns that tie into all stages of the buyer's journey. Qualified candidate must be based in the US. This is a temp position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with business marketing to design, execute and track integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and direct sales campaigns.
- Optimize demand generation campaign delivery from segmentation through to sales acceptance processes using data, analytics and automation capabilities (eg. ABM, multi-touch marketing campaigns, retargeting)
- Manage E2E marketing funnel into sales pipeline from digital campaigns
- Deliver analytics to track, measure and optimize effectiveness and demand conversion
- Collaborate with functional leads in the sales ops on optimizing the marketing pipeline
- Deliver best practices and training to enable marketing and sales peers to create integrated demand
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent in experience
- 5+ years of work experience administering marketing and sales data/platforms
- B2B demand generation campaign management experience
- Technical experience configuring administering with marketing platforms and Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams including sales ops and field marketing
- Highly preferred, experience in BioTech, Oncology, Organ Health, Women's Health Marketing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Experience with Salesforce integration, SFDC dashboard, SFDC campaign tracking
- Experience with Paid, Earned, Owned Media (e.g. SEM, Display, Programmatic)
- Excellent problem solving and creative solution-building skills
- Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership
- Understand and champion the operational process.
