Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute targeted HR programs that align closely with organizational goals and core values.

Executive Engagement: Partner proactively with senior leadership, translating complex business challenges into actionable HR strategies.

Talent Excellence: Drive comprehensive talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategies to sustain organizational effectiveness.

Organizational Optimization: Lead critical HR processes, including employee relations, performance management, compensation strategies, and development programs.

Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, recommend interventions, and achieve ongoing organizational improvement.

Change Management: Navigate and manage organizational transformations and scaling initiatives, ensuring high employee engagement and retention.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred).

10+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior strategic HR leadership within dynamic, growth-focused environments.

Expertise in talent management, organizational development, strategic workforce planning, and employee relations.

Proven leadership capabilities with strong executive advisory skills.

Proficiency in HR analytics, HRIS, and talent management systems to drive strategic decision-making.
