POSITION SUMMARY:
Pharma and Oncology Partnerships Operations Coordinator
Natera’s Oncology Business is transforming how patients with cancer are monitored, managed, and treated. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Pharma and Oncology Partnerships team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical studies by managing operational workflows, study logistics, and contracting and invoicing processes. The ideal candidate excels in project coordination, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Contracting & Invoicing Administration
- Oversee administrative tasks related to contracting, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts and alignment with milestones and deliverables.
- Apply standard rate card pricing and manage proposal consistency across studies.
- Maintain accurate records of contract status, invoicing, and milestones.
- Reconcile invoices with contractual terms and track account discrepancies.
- Assist with year-end reconciliations and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Clinical Study & Partner Support
- Coordinate operational and logistical aspects of clinical studies, including sample tracking, forecasting, data readouts, and publication timelines.
- Generate and manage study documents (e.g., project plans, sample manifests, SoWs).
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Develop tools and processes that enhance efficiency and study execution.
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows, documentation standards, and data tracking systems.
- Support forecasting activities for sample volume and revenue.
- Perform additional project and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or clinical study support; experience with contracting/invoicing is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, pricing structures, or CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce) preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
