Senior Marketing Manager, Signatera Breast Cancer

Position Summary:
Natera is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic and tactical marketing for Signatera, our personalized molecular residual disease (MRD) test, with a focus on breast cancer. This role is instrumental in shaping how MRD testing becomes integrated into standard of care for breast cancer management and plays a vital role in supporting Signatera’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate combines deep oncology insight, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative diagnostics to patients and clinicians. This individual will report to the Director Oncology Marketing, Signatera Breast Cancer.
Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to reinforce the clinical utility of Signatera in breast cancer, aligned to broader oncology marketing goals.

Translate clinical insights into compelling marketing messages and materials that drive awareness, education, and adoption among key stakeholders.

Create and manage field sales collateral, digital marketing content, and campaigns to support commercial execution.

Analyze product sales performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to inform marketing plans, identify gaps, and optimize results.

Ensure all breast cancer-specific marketing content—especially web and digital assets—reflects the latest clinical data and brand positioning.

Identify and manage relationships with third-party organizations to support joint marketing or educational programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Digital, Regulatory, Legal, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives. -
Engage with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders to support field engagement and thought leadership opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) strongly preferred.

5–7 years of experience in product marketing, market analytics, or field sales in diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.

Experience in oncology and/or genomics is highly preferred.

Familiarity with the breast cancer treatment landscape and FDA-approved therapies is a strong plus.
