Regional Marketing Specialist
Position Summary: The Regional Marketing Specialist, Women’s Health will support the development and execution of marketing tactics to increase awareness and adoption of Natera’s genetic testing products with women’s healthcare providers. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing marketing team and to work on regional campaigns for market-leading products that impact healthcare for millions of patients. This role reports to the Director, Women’s Health Area Marketing and will support managers focused on specific geographical areas.
Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with other (regional and HQ-based) Marketing team members as well as Medical Affairs and Sales team members to adapt materials for regional HCP (healthcare professional) events, marketing campaigns and print and digital tools to communicate the value and increase adoption of Natera genetic tests.

Under the direction of Area Marketing Managers or the Director of Area Marketing:

Work with vendors to deploy marketing messaging for specific regions.

Customize content from existing marketing campaigns, programs, and materials as appropriate for specific regions or events.

Ensure events that require Compliance review comply with company policy, are reviewed and approved, and work with Sales team and conference organizers to ensure events are compliant.

Create custom landing pages based on pre-existing templates

Provide logistical support (e.g. venue booking, ordering of materials, sponsorship booking) for local speaker programs, regional conferences, and other regional HCP programs.

Track registrations and leads from HCP programs and provide reminders/ follow-ups for events

Manage printing projects for events and other Area Marketing initiatives.

Effectively manage marketing projects and timelines.
Qualifications
-
B.A. or B.S. degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, which includes healthcare product marketing, marketing promotion/advertisement or event coordination.

Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Project management including organization, attention to detail, and timeline tracking.

Exposure to marketing products and services in healthcare.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Basic Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills. Analytical, problem-solving mindset required.

Basic Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, and Showpad skills preferred.

Familiarity with, interest in field marketing channels and tactics preferred.
