Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and is excited to turn data into insights that improve marketing performance. In this role, you will also play a key part in managing and scaling our video case study series, partnering cross-functionally to bring stories to life and maximize their impact across channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Assist in the execution of digital and integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, paid media, social, video, etc.)

  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time launches

  • Support asset trafficking, QA, and deployment in marketing platforms and tools

  • Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and status updates

  • Coordinate with agencies on asset development, revisions, and delivery against campaign requirements.

  • Coordinate with digital and media partners to ensure accurate setup and timely activation of all campaign assets.

  • Escalate risks and blockers with proposed solutions.

 

Video Case Study Series Management

  • Own day-to-day coordination of the video case study program from intake through production, launch and activation. 

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and external video vendors

  • Coordinate clinical scheduling, internal stakeholders, legal/compliance review, and final approvals

  • Ensure video assets are properly archived, tagged, and distributed for use across marketing channels

  • Partner with the marketing team to activate video case studies across campaigns, web, sales enablement, and social

 

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Compile and maintain campaign and video performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems

  • Track KPIs related to campaign effectiveness, engagement, and video performance

  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to share insights with stakeholders

  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign and content performance

 

 Campaign Optimization

  • Assist in analyzing campaign and content results to inform optimization recommendations

  • Support A/B testing, audience segmentation analysis, and channel performance reviews

  • Apply learnings from campaign and video performance to future initiatives

 

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Manage project timelines, task tracking, and dependencies across multiple campaigns and content initiatives

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, digital, legal, operations) and external vendors/agencies

  • Help ensure marketing workflows, tools, and processes are followed and documented

  • Support ad hoc projects and process improvements as the team evolves

 

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, campaign management, or marketing operations role

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Experience managing or supporting video, content, or customer storytelling initiatives a plus

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to improve marketing performance

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

 

 

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
