Senior Director, Business Development-Data & AI Oncology

US Remote

Natera is the global leader in the development of blood-based diagnostics and has built considerable momentum in the utilization of our Signatera (tumor informed) and Latitude (tumor naïve) assays.  Year 2025 reflected a significant increase in the utilization of Signatera with >700k samples processed across our labs.  Our WGS/WES repertoire and the integration of Foresight’s phased variants technique and expertise in Lymphomas has enabled Natera to offer the most utilized, published, and studied MRD test available with global research.  In addition, our best-in-class MRD assays combined with ultra-sensitivity have positioned Natera to lead this innovative area within diagnostics.

Our business model has adapted and expanded to offer our customers with real world data and insights to support their research objectives.  We believe that multi-time point molecular data, matched with curated clinical data from the EHR and matched H&E digital pathology provides our customers with the most biologically informed dataset for Oncology.

These insights are ideally suited to support translational and clinical development teams with the evidence necessary to improve trial design, select the right patients and understand the correlation across treatments, outcomes and molecular signatures and MRD / ctDNA.  In addition, our multi-modal datasets are uniquely designed to understand response, quantify resistance and build models defining recurrence and the time horizons when high risk patients with relapse/recur.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
