TERRITORY: Tallahassee & North Jacksonville (While this position officially manages the Tallahassee territory, the coverage area includes North Jacksonville. The ideal candidate must reside in the Jacksonville area to best support these regional territory objectives and business needs.)

We are currently looking for an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to join our Women's Health sales team!

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional with 1-3 years of experience (ideally in medical sales). This person is driven, competitive, and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. This person demonstrates strong business aptitude, takes initiative, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

In this role, you will partner closely with a top-performing Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) to support account management, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth within the territory. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems, adapt quickly, and execute with consistency and professionalism.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals for the assigned territory.

  • Partnering with a top-performing representative to seamlessly manage the market.

  • Cultivating strong relationships and successfully navigating complex clinical situations.

  • Utilizing superior business acumen to analyze territory dynamics and identify growth opportunities.

  • Employing Sales processes to conduct effective sales calls.

  • Developing expert knowledge of Natera’s Women’s Health products and UX services.

  • Knowing the customer business needs (internal vs. external) and acting accordingly; anticipating customer needs, and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service.

  • Planning, scheduling, and organizing work to optimize time and resources; prioritizing important and urgent demands.

  • Acting as a driven, assertive, and competitive team player; supporting territory partners and communicating professionally and clearly.

  • Acting as an independent thinker and high-performing problem solver to overcome account hurdles and competitive threats.

  • Following Natera Company Policies and modeling Natera Core Values.

  • Enforces Compliance - Sunshine Act, Stark, Anti-Kickback (Entertainment, Business Meals, Education of Healthcare Providers).

  • Ensuring expense reporting is completed timely and accurately while staying within Stark Limits.

  • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Science, or a related healthcare discipline.

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of successful sales experience, with a preference for individuals who know how to navigate the medical sales space.

  • Proven track record of sales success, individual performance, or competitive achievements.

  • Trained on a recognized Industry Sale Process Program such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, Wilson Learning etc.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers.

  • Deeply knowledgeable of Sunshine Act, Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, Salesforce.com, Concur, and Qliksense.

The total on-target earnings (OTE) package includes a competitive base salary along with uncapped quarterly commissions. Beyond OTE, the compensation also features a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
