We are looking to add a Sales Assistant to our Processing team. Sales Assistants at National are a key component of our team's success, handling heavy communications between both our lenders and our clients by Email and phone. Maintaining a high level of accuracy in entering information while being able to multitask is key as we are a goal oriented company that thrives in a very fast paced environment. Ideal candidates are quick learning, motivated individuals that excel in problem solving and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant include:

  • Speaking to lenders in regards to the loan process
  • Communicating and reaching out to clients 
  • Reviewing the accuracy of loan documents
  • Self sufficient in building and reviewing a list of focus items for each day
  • Reviewing applications, bank statements and other financial data
  • Handling time sensitive and detailed information for our fast-paced sales team
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Providing support wherever necessary to our sales team

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, experience in dealing with clients/vendors is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate different platforms including but not limited to Gmail, Adobe, Excel, Word, Salesforce etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and have an “all hands-on deck” mentality 
  • Excellent time management skills- understands time sensitive information and can operate with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent follow up skills are required
  • Work “Athlete”- someone who is coach-able, innovative, focused, and adaptable
  • Resourceful, able to prioritize, and problem solve
  • Financial and Mortgage industry experience a plus
  • Strong multitasking abilities 

 

Compensation: $65-75k annually + bonus potential
