What We’re Looking For

  • Two years of experience in dining services or food service supervision, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
  • Supervisory experience required; ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to relate to residents, families, and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and hospitality
  • Ability to read and speak English

What You'll Do

  • Ensures dining services operations meet established standards and procedures, accommodating special dietary requirements
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date resident records, with thorough knowledge of diet modifications
  • Collaborates closely with the Dining Services Team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents, visitors, and NLCS employees
  • Trains team members to ensure high performance and adherence to standards
  • Supervises tray assembly, assigns cleaning schedules, and oversees nourishment preparation and distribution
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
