Position: Executive Director
Salary: $150K - $200K per year, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.

What You'll Do

  • Provides strategic leadership by partnering with facility leadership to develop and implement operational plans.
  • Ensures high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by upholding policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversees hiring, supervision, and development of department directors and staff, fostering a positive and effective workplace culture.
  • Manages the facility’s budget, balancing quality services with fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintains facility compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies, ensuring readiness for inspections.
  • Promotes community relations and maintains targeted occupancy levels.
  • Monitors key operational metrics and ensures ongoing quality improvement.
  • Ensures a safe, sanitary, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and guests.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of employment or be eligible to obtain licensure within six months of employment.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience with five (5) years in management of a health care organization. Experience to include strong leadership, financial, communication and marketing skills. Senior care or long-term care experience required.
  • Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field (Executive Director or Administrator experience preferred)
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of successful financial and operational management
  • Passion for enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a positive, inclusive community culture
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards
