What We’re Looking For

Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, OR
Successful completion of a Direct Care Aide (DCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Social Services
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Capacity to work independently while also demonstrating a team player mentality
Passion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life
Recent graduates are welcome; we will provide training on our processes and culture

What You’ll Do

Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being through daily interactions and encouragement.
Help with meal assistance, light housekeeping, and ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.
Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to ensure the highest quality of care.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
