Position: Sales Director
Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 base salary per year (with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.)
Commision: Eligible for monthly incentives, with an average annual commission ranging from $11,000 to $20,000. Commissions are determined based on both individual and community performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive occupancy growth and exceed annual budget targets by actively cultivating leads, scheduling appointments, advancing prospects through the sales process, and consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Actively engage in the sales process—meeting with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the decision journey, and closing sales.
  • Lead and mentor a motivated sales team to achieve and exceed occupancy goals.
  • Drive growth of the future residency program by nurturing a strong pipeline of prospects in meaningful ways.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and community partners who support older adults.
  • Serve as a polished, professional ambassador for The Village at Orchard Ridge, ensuring our values and reputation are represented with excellence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine strategies, analyze data and drive measurable results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring two or more years of proven leadership experience in sales, ideally within senior living, or healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrate at least four years of success in sales or a customer-focused field or possess a combination of education and experience that shows a record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on planning and execution—developing sales plans for the community while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
  • Professional presence and the ability to represent our organization in the community with confidence and credibility.
