Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.75 (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do
- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
- Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification
- Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration
- Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly
What We're Looking For
- Certified Medication Aide certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of hands-on experience as a CMA—ideally in a vibrant healthcare setting.
- Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
- Top-notch attention to detail and organizational superpowers
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A heart full of compassion and a caring touch
- Tech-savvy with electronic health records
