Salary Range: $20.00 – $25.25/hour (Final offer based on your skills, experience, and professional background.)

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests.
  • Develop and maintain a lively monthly calendar and coordinate special events.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and community spirit.
  • Track resident engagement and ensure personalized support.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role—ideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
  • Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
