What You’ll Do

Deliver hands-on, personalized therapy interventions that help residents regain mobility and independence
Partner closely with Physical Therapists to implement and adjust care plans
Teach residents safe movement, exercises, and use of assistive devices
Track progress and celebrate milestones—big and small
Document care accurately and efficiently using electronic health records
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

What You Bring

Active Virginia PTA license (or compact state equivalent)
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Experience in rehab, skilled nursing, or long-term care (preferred, not required)
A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for helping older adults thrive
