Salary Range: $72,800 – $79,040 per year (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in business, Human Services or related field preferred
  • Two years of experience in business/office management is required; preferably in a long-term care, health care or service-related environment
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; able to maintain confidential information
  • Must be able to develop presentations and documents. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support performing a variety of secretarial, technical, and administrative functions.

  • Regularly required to resolve complex administrative problems independently
  • Effectively manages all aspects of the ED’s office
  • As directed, develops presentations for ED to deliver; conducts research, develops content, and creates effective presentations
  • Handles highly confidential and sensitive information as appropriate
  • Schedules and coordinates travel/conference arrangements
  • Performs tasks that are diverse and advanced
  • Performs other duties as assigned
