What You'll Do

Encourages residents’ independence and assists with self-care as needed
Provides personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care, and nail care
Assists with toileting, incontinence care, and changes linens as needed
Helps transfer residents safely and obtains help for total lifts
Assists with meals and ensures resident comfort at rest times
Responds promptly to call lights and reports changes or injuries to supervisors
Applies standard precautions and follows isolation procedures
Supports restorative and rehabilitative care
Performs unit cleaning duties and other tasks as required

What We're Looking For

Current GNA certification in the state of Maryland
Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
Genuine passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, respectful attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
