What You'll Do:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety.
Monitor residents’ health status and promptly communicate any changes.
Document care provided and maintain precise clinical records.
Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Associate Degree in Nursing required; LPN licensed in the state of employment.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting.
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
A commitment to fostering a professional and respectful environment.
