What You’ll Do

Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
Document all medication administration and promptly report any changes in resident condition.
Work under the supervision of a registered or delegating nurse.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Keep your Maryland Board of Nursing certification current.
Follow all state regulations and facility policies for medication administration.
Report and document incidents or medication errors in accordance with policy.

What We’re Looking For

Active Certified Medication Technician certification in good standing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of hands-on experience as a CMT, ideally in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with electronic health records and documentation systems.
