Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with your experience, qualifications, and leadership abilities

As our Lead Server, you’ll help create exceptional dining experiences that bring residents and team members together like family.

In this key leadership role, you’ll guide and inspire a team of servers to provide attentive, joyful service in a setting that’s as beautiful as it is welcoming. From coordinating daily dining operations to supporting team growth and satisfaction, you’ll make sure every meal is served with care, respect, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet residents and guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders within established timeframes.
  • Coordinate and lead dining service, ensuring prompt, friendly table service and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Oversee and assist servers in section assignments, side work, and accuracy of meal tickets.
  • Train and mentor new servers on service standards, POS system use, and hospitality best practices.
  • Retrieve and serve food and beverages according to presentation and service guidelines.
  • Supervise dining room readiness, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after meal service.
  • Support catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings (“Line-Ups”) to set goals and foster team motivation.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of one year's experience working in the dining room is required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must have the ability to receive and follow instructions, and communicate clearly with residents, guest and other team members
  • Must have manual dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in high volume meal service is preferred
  • Computer skills helpful, with the ability to learn and use proprietary software as required
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
