Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $44.00 – $54.00 per hour. Placement within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

We’re looking for an experienced Maryland Registered Nurse Delegating Nurse who enjoys using clinical judgment, developing others, and being a trusted resource to a collaborative team.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for older adults while using your nursing experience beyond traditional bedside care.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct resident assessments, including pre-admission, admission, significant-change, and hospital-return assessments.
  • Provide nursing delegation and clinical oversight in accordance with Maryland requirements.
  • Oversee medication management and support medication technicians and other delegated team members.
  • Identify changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate clinical follow-up.
  • Partner closely with the Assisted Living Manager on resident needs, service plans, admissions, and transitions.
  • Provide education, coaching, and guidance to help team members deliver safe, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and required regulatory oversight.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current, active, unrestricted Maryland RN license.
  • Completion of the required Maryland Board of Nursing Delegating Nurse training.
  • Knowledge of Maryland nursing delegation and medication-technician requirements.
  • Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer and digital skills.
  • 3+ years of RN experience in assisted living, senior living, or geriatric experience.
