Compensation: The annualized pay range for this position is $56,000k - $72,000k. Placement within the range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What You'll Do

As the ConnectedLiving Activities Manager, you will partner closely with the department Director to create and deliver exceptional programming that enhances the resident experience. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for developing engaging events, wellness initiatives, educational programs, outings, celebrations, and recreational activities that reflect the interests and needs of our residents.

You will provide strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, and team development while helping recruit, onboard, and retain talented team members and volunteers. Your ability to build relationships, foster accountability, and create a positive workplace culture will be essential to the success of the ConnectedLiving team.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and events.
  • Knowledge of senior living, wellness programming, recreation, or resident engagement services.
  • A commitment to service excellence and person-centered care.
