Schedule

Part-Time
Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

What You'll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Help residents begin their day safely, comfortably, and with dignity
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs
Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Virginia
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least two years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the lives of older adults
Ability to read and speak English

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.75 per hour, with the final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
