The Supply Finance Manager position plays a key role and serves as a trusted business partner in the Finance organization and provides financial leadership as the co-pilot to site Manufacturing and supply chain team on analytical support relating to the annual plan, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and strategic plan. As a member of the factory leadership team this role leads the pursuit of operational excellence and cost efficiency through a variety of initiatives including cost & inventory management, Value Leadership/Productivity, asset utilization, governance and controls, and building financial acumen. This position provides transparency on operating results, clarifies key performance indicators for Manufacturing through variance analysis, cost structure analysis & period reporting. While Nature’s bakery is embarking on a transformation journey to streamline, standardize, digitize, and automate our business, this roles play a pivotal part deploying the new ERP system, related tools, and core functionality by providing business requirements and validating user experience. This position ensures systems and adjoining processes operate effectively in support of building effective business partnering

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end analysis and provide comprehensive financial and statistical results to local and senior leadership

• Support documentation of business and data process flows for the US & EU printshop operations.

• Provide input to Change Impact Assessment discussions.

• Establish business requirements and user experiences and specify the “WHO, WHAT, WHY”, including Acceptance Criteria.

• Support functional workstream members on requirements definition and planning when required

• Participate in prioritization of requirements

• Provide business inputs to Functional Design and Configuration Rationale

• Review functionality before and during demos 2

• Act as first responder for the team for business requirement clarifications during the build cycle

• Provide inputs to Change Managers related to business process changes to support change impacts, learning, and business role activities

• Review business process documents and business process flows when applicable

• Participate in functional unit testing, verifying delivered functionality meets business requirements

 • Attend solution demos • Support business role mapping • Participate in training sessions

• Provide input on readiness plans for the workstream, including deployment tasks

• Support System Integration Testing • Execute User Acceptance Testing

• Execute select readiness and deployment tasks for workstream
