Packer - Night Shift

We are looking for Packers

Shift: 
-    3rd Shift: 9:30pm-6:00am** (Shift differential available) Monday-Friday with Overtime as needed.

We also frequently have needs on

-    1st Shift: 5:30am-2:00pm Monday-Friday with Overtime as needed.
-    2nd Shift: 1:30pm-10:00pm**(Shift differential available) Monday-Friday with Overtime as needed.

Pay: $15.38+ $1.50 shift differential 

Position Summary:

As a Packer at our facility, you’ll play a key role in our food production process — helping prepare and package quality products in a fast-paced environment. Working on a modern production line, you’ll handle a variety of food items as they move through different stages including mixing, cooking, and packaging. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team that feeds millions, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate within a high-speed food manufacturing environment, ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for distribution.

• Prepare containers and materials for packing by cleaning and setting them up according to quality standards.

• Visually inspect food products and packaging materials to ensure they meet company and safety specifications.

• Accurately weigh, measure, and label products to maintain consistent product quality.

• Record important production and quality data to support efficiency and traceability.

• Make minor adjustments to machinery as needed to support a smooth flow of production.

• Feed materials into machines and safely remove finished products using hand tools or material handling equipment.

• Assist with cleanup and changeovers to keep operations running smoothly.

• Support all other duties related to the packing and feeder process as assigned.

• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced setting

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus, but not required
