Summary of what you’ll be up to

The Manager, Marketplace & Amazon Operations is a Dependable and Organized specialist responsible for the expert day-to-day management, execution, and financial oversight of our first-party Amazon, Thrive Market, and third-party marketplace business (primarily Amazon and Walmart). This role directly drives sales growth and our profitability by ensuring operational efficiency and enabling AI-powered marketing efforts.

What will you get to do?

  • Operational Execution: Direct management of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central operations, including inventory forecasting, purchase order management, and operational data integrity.
  • Financial & Supply Chain Management: Lead all aspects of our Amazon Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Chargeback management, partnering with internal logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize fees.
  • Partnership & Negotiations: Manage the day-to-day relationship with Amazon first-party as well as key marketplace contacts (Amazon/Walmart), supporting senior leadership during strategic negotiations.
  • GenAI Data Enablement: Manage and provide the accurate product, pricing, and profitability data feeds necessary for DCO and other GenAI marketing tools used by our Media team.
  • AI-Powered PLO Execution: Collaborate with the Digital Shelf Manager to vet and upload GenAI-generated Product Listing Optimization (PLO) content, ensuring operational compliance.
  • Innovation & Future-Proofing: Proactively evaluate and pilot new marketplace tools powered by GenAI for forecasting accuracy, inventory prediction, and cost management efficiencies.

Experience that will help you succeed

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a high-volume Amazon Vendor or Seller Central account.
  • Proven Analytical skills for managing supply chain data and financial reconciliation.
  • A strong Thoughtful culture fit, with the ability to maintain Inclusive and supportive relationships across our internal teams and manufacturing partners.
  • Location: Based in the LA/SoCal area, with a requirement to work on a hybrid model (approx. 2 days per week in the Pasadena office) to strengthen onboarding and cross-functional alignment.
