Your daily task:

• Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese.
• Support leaders and development team in communication efforts, fostering effective interactions within the project.
• Assist leaders in planning, executing, and managing projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Create and maintain project documents and reports
• Facilitate project meetings
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as Comtor or similar roles (excluding freelance work)
• Korean: TOPIK 5+
• English: Business English
• Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement
• Proactive, positive, and responsible attitude

Nice to have:

• Experience working as Project Manager or Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
• Experience working with Korean Clients.
