Your daily tasks:
- Collecting invoices and vouchers, check and compare the accuracy, reasonableness, and validity of invoices and documents
- Handling, closely with other departments, any matter related to payments and collections
- Bookkeeping and monitoring of the Company's AR, AP, and expense accounting segments
- Preparing reports on VAT, FCT, CIT, reports on the use of invoices... according to regulations
- Performing general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, expenses, accruals, and prepaid expenses
- Preparing the monthly reports, and management reports as required by the Chief Accountant.
Your background:
- Qualification: From College or Above and specialties in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
- Experience required from 1 to 5 years of working experience in general accounting; Having experience working in accounting service companies is an advantage; Having experience working with tax authorities when being inspected is an advantage
- Good at accounting skills, understanding and updating tax regulations, accounting principles and standards, accounting profession; Knowing IFRS is an advantage
- Work independently, overall control, analyze, and solve problems in the scope of work
- Honest, careful, meticulous. Work proactively and comply with company regulations and discipline
- Good command of both speaking and writing English or Korean is an advantage
- Be proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software, etc…).
