Job Description:
Navier is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the company’s brand, positioning, and communications strategy as we scale across markets. This role will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy—from PR and brand partnerships to social media, digital content, and events. You will build and lead the marketing team, manage agencies, and ensure consistency of message and brand equity across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a creative, resourceful, and execution-focused marketing leader with a proven track record of building high-end consumer or mobility brands. You’re comfortable crafting vision and messaging, as well as rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. You understand what it takes to build buzz, community, and trust for a world-class brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Navier’s marketing strategy, brand voice, and market positioning from end to end
- Lead execution across PR, social media, events, digital campaigns, and content
- Develop and manage key strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Oversee agency relationships and build an internal marketing team
- Drive earned media and storytelling around the product, team, and mission
- Coordinate high-profile brand activations and VIP client engagement events
- Establish KPIs and marketing analytics to evaluate performance and ROI
- Ensure consistency across all communications, touch points, and channels
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and BD teams to align messaging and execution
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy
- Proven success in building premium brands in consumer, mobility, or lifestyle sectors
- Experience managing and executing high-profile PR and brand campaigns
- Strong background in digital marketing, content, and social media strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with media-facing experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies
- Highly creative with strong aesthetic and brand sensibility
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments and wearing many hats
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Passion for innovation, sustainability, or the maritime space is a strong plus
