Social Impact Intern

We are looking for a purpose-driven, curious, and proactive Social Impact Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting research, internal communications, content development, community engagement, and events—within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As part of our Social Impact team, you’ll help us bring our mission of using travel for good to life while gaining real-world experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Research & Outreach – Assist with identifying potential grant recipients, gathering information, and conducting outreach to individuals and organizations.

Content & Communications – Support the creation of clear, on-brand messaging for internal channels, including email, Instagram, newsletters, blog posts, and our internal intranet.

Events & Engagement – Contribute to the planning and execution of social impact events and activations for employees, partners, and other stakeholders.

Partnership Support – Help develop strategies and materials to strengthen engagement with giving partners and amplify their impact stories.

Impact Reporting – Support the creation and updating of quarterly impact reports by compiling data and insights from partner activities and campaigns.
Qualifications

Passion for social impact, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.

Strong research and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Excellent writing skills with an eye for engaging, on-brand messaging.

Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms is an asset.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and proactive mindset.
