Job Description

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to help us with daily office and clerical tasks٫ ensuring that the branch operations run smoothly. This unique position provides exceptional customer service and administrative support to our advisors and clients, in addition to supporting other business activities. The successful candidate is a team player, has excellent command of both written and spoken English, savvy with technology, has an attention for detail and thrives on helping people We are a dynamic and growing travel company, who is focused on our business and clients!

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet and support visitors when they arrive at the office.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Help advisors with administrative tasks٫ such as disseminating correspondence, printing tickets, group payments, etc.
  • Ensure that office workflow procedures are followed with maximum efficiency.
  • Review and respond to emails received from finance, advisors, and corporate clients.
  • Assist with client payments, including credit cards, cash, and gift certificates
  • Reconcile daily receipts and prepare daily bank deposits
  • Leverage on-site technical support, Travel Edge’s tools as needed to resolve advisor issues
  • Share agency updates and communications with Bermuda advisors
  • Liaise with branch lead regarding any facility issues
  • Collect and distribute mail, handle incoming and outgoing courier packages
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to represent Travel Edge to IC’s, and clients in a positive and professional manner consistent with company standards
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with independent contractors, employees, corporate departments, and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Build the business by promoting Travel Edge externally

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience or other relevant position
  • Travel knowledge/experience is recommended but not required.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exemplary customer service in all situations to both internal and external clients
  • Intermediate level skills with technology, including Microsoft Office Products (Outlook/Word)
  • Excellent organization skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Friendly environment
