Groups & Specialty Travel Expert - Internal

As a Groups & Specialty Travel Expert, you are responsible for the planning, selling, and implementation of private-guided high-touch experiences for our customers, specifically Group of 10+ and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
You’ll design highly customized, complex itineraries for discerning clients, delivering exceptional, high-touch service every step of the way. In a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with partners, respond quickly to client needs, and tailor every detail to exceed expectations. Strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for bespoke travel are key to success in this role.
Please note this position will be required to provide after-hour support.

Qualifications
- A seasoned Destination Expert with KPIs in good standing
- Endorsement from your Sales Director for the role
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Previous experience in the luxury market
- Ideal candidates have previously worked with groups, UHNWI, and complex trips
- Must possess experience in building FIT packages servicing high-touch clientele
- Meticulously detail oriented
- Well-versed in consultative sales approach
- Expert in client relationship building specifically with high-touch clients
- Ability to resolve problems independently in a timely manner
- Appreciate and exemplify teamwork
