Nav is searching for a Senior Marketing Designer to drive the evolution of our brand across digital, motion, and photographic content. You will be responsible for creating high-impact marketing assets that support growth initiatives, engage audiences, and elevate our storytelling. You will be creating visually compelling visual experiences for print and digital campaigns, email, social media, landing pages and performance marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in graphic and motion design, along with experience working with photography, video, and editorial. As part of the creative team, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams, contributing to Nav’s mission through creative excellence.
YOU WILL:
- Design compelling marketing assets for digital campaigns, email, social media, and landing pages.
- Develop engaging motion graphics for product tutorials, ads, and social content.
- Use Figma to create and maintain interactive and static assets within Nav’s design system.
- Curate and edit photography to support marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with Nav’s visual brand.
- Enhance and retouch images for use across digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into visual experiences.
- Align with marketing to optimize assets for engagement and conversion based on performance results.
- Maintain brand consistency by evolving Nav’s design system and templates.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or advertising design, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion, digital, and editorial work.
- A passion for visual design and pushing brands to the next level through innovative and compelling design solutions.
- Experience owning creative projects from start to finish while collaborating with junior designers.
- Great taste. You have a portfolio of beautiful work and keep up to date with design trends.
- Ability to quickly deliver multiple, inventive ideas that are fresh and simple while solving customer and business needs.
- User-first mindset that enhances customer experience and refines Navs business objectives through thoughtful design.
- Expert-level Figma skills for marketing and digital design.
- Proficiency in motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Jitter, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong photography and photo editing skills, with experience in Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- A sharp eye for composition, lighting, and brand storytelling through visual imagery.
- Ability to lead projects independently and contribute within a fast-paced team.
- Clear communication, organization and storytelling skills to present design decisions effectively.
- Experience with 3D design or illustration is a plus!
- You love brands: their logos, their tone, the way they communicate with customers, the idea that brand goes beyond the visual elements.
- You crave creating fresh, new ideas. You’re in touch with current trends, but are looking to do more than replicate the latest exciting launch that crossed your feed.
- You’re able to develop clear and persuasive stories about your work that you share with a wide range of audiences, including business partners and stakeholders.

During the interview process, your recruiter will be explaining how our rubrics work across all of our total rewards (base, equity, bonus, perks, and benefit) offerings. The base salary for this role is targeted between $120K - $160K per year. The final offer amount is determined by your proficiencies within this level.
